How tracking works

• Order confirmed: You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase.
• Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Tracking activated: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping email with your tracking number.
• Live updates: Use that tracking number in the field below to see the latest location and status.

Where to find your tracking number

Your tracking number is usually found in:

• Your shipping confirmation email from LumiRaya
• Your order details page (via your email link)

If you can’t find it, you can contact our support team and we’ll resend your tracking details.

Tracking not showing or delayed?

• Just shipped: It can take up to 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier picks up your package.
• Stuck in one place: It’s common for tracking to stay on the same scan for a few days while in transit or at customs.
• Past estimated date: Weather, customs, or high-volume seasons can extend delivery times slightly.

Estimated delivery times

Average delivery time to the US is typically 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
